About The Walking Dead
Who Are We?
The Walking Dead are an amateur paintball team with players from all over the UK and playing mostly tournament paintball at CPPS.
Born from the Morning Wood family of paintball teams, MW Walking Dead were formed in 2018. We took the name somewhat ironically as most of the team were old, knackered or just old AND knackered so it really fitted us like a new jersey.
One of the things we've focused on is resurrecting old paintballers; getting the people that have previously given up, but are now thinking about getting back into the sport, to join up and have fun.
Our core mission is simple, we play hard on the field and we take the piss hard off the field. Paintball should be about fun, and we make it our goal never to be too serious when off the field (apart from Tony when he gets on his hobby horse about something). We know that Paintball is an expensive sport to play and it should be something to enjoy, not get stressed about; so we try not to and concentrate on enjoying ourselves and having a laugh. Results come after having a good day, but funnily enough, the more we have fun, the better we do.
